Outages For Television Channels In All Counties
This message is for Monday, September 2nd. While we are still experiencing an issue with some television channels in all counties, we have made significant progress. A large number of channels have been restored and the engineers are continuing to work to have them all back up as soon as possible. Again, we deeply apologize for this continued inconvenience. This message will be updated regularly with more information when we have it.

Thursday, the 5th -- The Chelan county PUD has scheduled maintenance in Cashmere from 11:00 PM on Thursday the fifth to 6:00 AM on Friday the sixth.
Location: Cashmere
Work Summary: Replace an FDT cabinet damaged by a vehicle.

Dear LocalTel ACP Customer,
We wanted to reach out to inform you about an update to the Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides a $30 discount to your internet service each month. As of right now the FCC has let us know that April 2024 could be the last month of the benefit due to funding running out. If that is the case, there will be an adjustment to your bill, resulting in a $30 increase.
We will work to keep you updated as changes are made with the FCC. If you have any questions please reach out to customer service at 509-888-8888 or sales@localtel.com
