LocalTel: Scheduled Maintenance

END TIME: 03/24/2026 - 6:00AM

All Chelan and Douglas County fiber internet customers will lose their internet and VoIP services for 15-30 minutes sometime during the maintenance window. All services should be restored by 6am.

This maintenance is being done to make critical updates to our network infrastructure and will cause a complete internet and VoIP outage for all fiber customers in Chelan and Douglas County. We anticipate the actual downtime for each customer to be between 15-30 minutes, but we are calling for a longer window in case there are complications.

2026 Price Increase

Dear LocalTel TV Subscribers,

Every year, the channels that we carry raise their rates, the local networks being the largest, which has resulted in higher costs for us providing those channels to you. In order to continue offering you these channels as part of your package, we need to adjust our rates accordingly. This adjustment will help us keep delivering the quality and variety of programming you expect.

Beginning February 1st, the following rates will take effect.

• Basic Cable Service - $76.95
• Digital Basic - $17.95
• Get It All - $92.95

We understand that price increases are never welcome, and we want to assure you that we remain committed to providing you with excellent service and value. Our goal is to ensure you continue to enjoy a great TV experience while keeping up with the award-winning quality of service you have come to expect from LocalTel Communications.
