Internet Services Rate Change
This change is for the Chelan, Douglas and Grant counties.ALL INTERNET SERVICES: Effective August 1, LocalTel is implementing an internet rate increase due to the rising cost of inflation, a PUD fiber rate increase, labor rates and overall costs going up. This enables us to continue improving our network's reliability and capacity as we continue to be the #1 ISP in Central Washington.

ACP Service Update
Dear LocalTel ACP Customer,
We wanted to reach out to inform you about an update to the Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides a $30 discount to your internet service each month. As of right now the FCC has let us know that April 2024 could be the last month of the benefit due to funding running out. If that is the case, there will be an adjustment to your bill, resulting in a $30 increase.
We will work to keep you updated as changes are made with the FCC. If you have any questions please reach out to customer service at 509-888-8888 or sales@localtel.com

Estimado cliente de LocalTel ACP,
Queremos informarles sobre una actualización del Programa de Conectividad Asequible, que le brined un descuento de $30 en su servicio de internet cada mes. Segun la información que hemos recibido de la FCC, es posible que en abril de 2024 sea el Ultimo mes en el que se aplicande este beneficiado debido a la falta de fondos. En caso de que eso suceda, habrá un ajuste en su factura que resultará en un aumento de $30.
Trabajaremos para mantenerlos informados a medida que se realicen cambios con la FCC. Si tienen alguna pregunta, no duden en comunicarse con el servicio al cliente al 509-888-8888 o enviar un correo electrónico a sales@localtel.com.
