LOCATION: Douglas County
START TIME: 2:00 AM PST Tuesday September 30th
END TIME: 6:00 AM PST Tuesday September 30th
SCOPE: All Douglas county fiber internet customers will lose their internet and VoIP services for 15-30 minutes sometime during the maintenance window. All services should be restored by 6am.

Tuesday, Sept 30th, LocalTel has scheduled necessary network maintenance from 2:00AM to 6:00AM, in Douglas County. This maintenance is being done to make critical updates to our network infrastructure and will cause a complete internet and VoIP outage for all fiber customers in Douglas county. We anticipate the actual downtime for each customer to be between 15-30 minutes, but we are calling for a longer window in case there are complications.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Grant County Fiber Internet Customers

Effective September 1, 2025, LocalTel will be implementing a $2.50 monthly rate increase for fiber internet service in Grant County. This adjustment is necessary due to a rate increase from Grant County PUD.

LocalTel's Chelan County SureStream Maintenance

LOCATION: Chelan County
START TIME: 12:00 AM PST Wednesday October 1st
END TIME: 6:00 AM PST Wednesday October 1st

We will be conducting maintenance in Chelan County on SureStream service in coordination with Chelan County PUD tomorrow, Wednesday morning from 12am-6am. It is not expected to be fully down for the duration of this window, but it will go fully down early on, and then individual nodes will come back online throughout the window.

Network Maintenance Notice

START TIME: 12:00 AM PST Tuesday September 30th
END TIME: 8:00 AM PST Tuesday September 30th
Purpose: Making backhaul changes between Stines Hill and Tumwater to increase capacity and reliability.
Affected: Some SkyLink and SkyLink customers in the Cashmere, Leavenworth, and Lake Wenatchee service areas.

Service interruptions will occur as traffic is rerouted to backup paths. Outages are expected to be brief (up to one or two minutes) during failover and again when returning traffic to primary routes. No extended outages are anticipated.
